Coolstream image mod based on original image 25.01.2010

Changes:

* added: mgcamd 1.35a + config (emm-fix ... works with and activated HD+ cards)
* added: newcs
* including keyupdater ... thanx to minicat and redbull301
config is tested with:
- HD+ card in original card reader (CR)
- Sky card Nagra S02 in original CR
- Sky card Nagra S02 in Alphacrypt CI
- ORF C84 card in Cryptoworks CI

* added in separate archiv-file: settings for 8 satellites via Diseq 1.1 and T90

... change settings to your needs please

simply update setting files via ftp in /var/tuxbox/config/zapit
